Warranty/Return Exchanges



We stand behind every product we make. We believe that Plythal products are manufactured to the highest degree of quality.   Plythal is further committed to your complete satisfaction and is pleased to offer our customers a return and replacement policy specifically designed with this convenience in mind.  If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive them, you may send them back for a refund or exchange.



If you purchase a new piece of gear and when it arrives you have a concern about fit, it does not meet your product expectations, or there is a similar reason or concern, Plythal will accept the return of unworn, unused and undamaged merchandise originally purchased direct from Plythal.  Plythal will in this event replace the merchandise or issue a refund. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date and any merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. To ensure that the Plythal product has not been worn, any product returned for an exchange or refund must still have all the original tags attached.  Plythal strongly recommends that you try on your gear before removing the tags.  If you request an exchange and a replacement product is unavailable, Plythal will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.  Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at Plythal’s discretion.


Returned items should be sent to Plythal after a RA# is received from a Plythal customer service representative.  If you do not have one, please send an email to: info@plythal.comand Plythal can provide you additional information about the return process.


When shipping merchandise to Plythal for a return or exchange, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for returns and exchanges (with shipping) is about three (3) weeks but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please make that request when speaking with a representative and this priority return shipping cost will be incurred by the sender.


In the case of a return, Plythal will credit the original credit card for the returned item upon receipt. Plythal will then charge this credit card for the replacement item when shipped. If the item cannot be exchanged according to your request, Plythal will contact you for alternative options or credit the credit card used to purchase the returned item.



Plythal uses an intensive quality control system to prevent manufacture defects.  Plythal will repair or replace any product containing a manufacturer’s defect.  A manufacturer’s defect includes but is not limited to: broken or missing buttons, inoperative zippers, unfinished buttonholes, open seams, and holes.  A manufacturer’s defect does not include damage due to tear or normal wear and usage.  Gear that has a manufacture’s defect should be returned utilizing the return process described above.  In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, Plythal will also reimburse the customer for customer shipping costs.  Please note that claims made under a manufacturer’s defect are subject to validation and approval at Plythal’s discretion.
