Warranty / Exchanges


We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time you receive it, feel free to send them back for a refund or exchange. Products are warrantied for materials and workmanship for the life of the product.


There may be cases in which you may want to exchange or return a new piece of gear due a concern about fit, product expectations, or a similar reason. Plythal will accept unused garments originally purchased direct from Plythal to issue a replacement. Gear must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact the customer to determine how they would like to proceed. Returned items should be sent after a RA# received from a Plythal customer service representative. If you do not have one, please contact Customer Service (469-966-4115) or email to: info@plythal.com.

Returns must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned without a resolution of your return. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please clarify when speaking with representative; that cost will be incurred by the sender.
In the case of returns, we will credit the original credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we will contact you for alternative options or credit the credit card.
